No public meetings are on the calendar today, but Norwalk boards and commissions convene at least thirteen times Tuesday through Thursday, with Wednesday evening alone carrying eight sessions.
No public meetings are scheduled in Norwalk today.
The city's meeting calendar picks up again Tuesday evening and stays busy through Thursday.
The Conservation Commission, which also sits as the Inland Wetland Agency, meets Tuesday, October 13, at 6 p.m. The session is virtual, via Zoom.
The City Council meets Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in a hybrid format, by Zoom and in the City Council Chambers at 125 East Avenue, third floor.
Wednesday, October 14, is the heaviest night of the week. The Food Services Employees Pension Plan Board holds a special meeting at 5:55 p.m., hybrid by Zoom and in Room 220 at 125 East Avenue.
At 6 p.m., three bodies convene at once: the Ad Hoc Sustainability and Resilience Committee, meeting virtually by Zoom; the Other Post-Employment Benefits Board, holding a special meeting by Zoom and in Room 220 at 125 East Avenue; and the Planning and Zoning Commission, holding a special meeting by Zoom and in the Council Chambers at 125 East Avenue, third floor.
The Pension Board of Trustees holds a special meeting at 6:15 p.m., hybrid by Zoom and in Room 220.
The Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs Committee holds a public hearing at 6:45 p.m., followed by its regular committee meeting at 7 p.m. Both are virtual, via Zoom.
Two Wednesday meetings have been cancelled: the regular Pension Board of Trustees meeting that had been set for 6 p.m., and the regular Other Post-Employment Benefits Board meeting that had been set for 6:30 p.m. Both bodies are instead meeting in special session, as noted above.
Three bodies meet simultaneously Thursday, October 15, at 7 p.m., all of them virtual by Zoom: the Oak Hills Park Authority, the Sustainability and Resilience Task Force, and the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Today will be partly sunny, with a high near 66 and temperatures easing back to around 64 by afternoon. Expect a northeast wind around 6 mph and no rain in the picture.
Overnight into this morning was mostly cloudy, with readings near 46 rising to about 48 and a light northwest wind around 3 mph.
Tonight turns mostly cloudy with a low around 51 and a southeast wind around 5 mph. No weather alerts are in effect.
